What to wear
Wear something loose and comfortable that is easy to move in. Depending on the type of session and your comfort, you may stay partly clothed or be draped with a towel so only the area being worked on is uncovered at a time. Your comfort and privacy come first, and you should never feel pressured to undress beyond what you are happy with.
Preparing the space
Clear a little room for a portable treatment bed, ideally somewhere quiet and private. Having a clear path and a power point nearby helps. There is no need to deep clean or fuss; a calm, uncluttered corner is enough. Let us know in advance about stairs, lifts or parking so the visit runs smoothly.
Before and after the session
Avoid a heavy meal just before, and have some water handy for afterwards. It helps to share any pain, injuries, health conditions or recent surgery beforehand so the session is safe and suited to you. Afterwards, give yourself a little time to rest rather than rushing off, and drink some water as you ease back into your day.

Frequently asked questions
Do I have to undress completely?
No. You undress only to your comfort, and proper draping keeps you covered so only the area being worked on is exposed. Your privacy is always respected.
How much space do you need?
Enough room for a portable treatment bed with space to move around it, in a quiet, private spot. We can advise if you are unsure when booking.
